Yes you can! You will just want to make sure you aren’t leaving your wet hair all day after swimming. Brush hair out thoroughly after getting wet, use a leave in detangler, and secure your hair in a braid or bun if you are boating or participating in any outdoor activity that could cause hair to tangle easily.
