I like to say I was born to be a hair artist! As a little girl, my favorite toys weren’t dolls—they were velcro rollers, brushes, and unplugged curling irons. By the time I was a teenager, I was the go-to stylist for my friends before our big nights out. It was clear that hair was my passion, so after high school, I went straight to cosmetology school and officially began my career in 2007 in my hometown of Louisville, KY.

After two years behind the chair in Louisville, I craved more—more education, more opportunity, more inspiration. So, I packed up my life and moved to the beautiful city of Chicago, where I’ve called home ever since. I dove headfirst into advanced education, training in NYC, Las Vegas, California, and beyond. My love for extensions started with tape-ins, but over time, it evolved into a deep passion for hand-tied methods. Today, I specialize in Natural Beaded Rows and ManeLuxe Method, among other hand-tied techniques, helping clients achieve their dream hair with seamless, natural-looking extensions.

Now, I’m lucky enough to split my time between Chicago and Louisville, serving clients in both cities I love. Louisville will always be home—it’s where my roots are, where my family is, and where my journey began. But Chicago is where I grew my career, found my community, and built something truly special. Being able to work in both places allows me to stay connected to my past while embracing everything I’ve built in the present.

When I’m not in the salon, you’ll find me chasing after my rowdy five-year-old son, spending time with my dog, Tuck, and my cat, Dottie. Whether I’m in Louisville or Chicago, my passion remains the same—helping my clients feel confident, beautiful, and like the best version of themselves.

While Chicago offers my son the chance to experience a diverse city filled with people and cultures from all over the world, Louisville holds a special place in our hearts as well—it's where our roots are and where family keeps us grounded. My goal is to raise him to be kind, accepting of people’s differences, and driven to always do his best, no matter where life takes him!
